Products may be purchased through one of our Independent Brand Business Members and/or online at www.welpida.com.

Someone who has decided to join Welpida with the intention of earning extra, side, or full time income by being an entrepreneur or building a business through marketing and selling our products and/or building team.

We would love for you to join our WELPIDA Family! Did you know that the WELPIDA business membership is free? You can join WELPIDA by visiting the WELPIDA website and selecting JOIN US or JOIN NOW. At registration, you will then be prompted to select your desired Enroller. If you already know a WELPIDA Business Member, you do have the option to join their team. However, if you don’t have a Business Member yet in mind, you can find Business Member in your area based on your zip code. Once your registration has completed, just login with your username which is your email address and your password to access to your business back office right away. You can select the products on ORDERS and click Shop. You will enjoy exclusive membership discounts there. You can pick the products that you want to use and promote. Also, you can choose subscription orders there.

Simple, visit www.welpida.com and click on the Search Business Member on the top left hand corner. You can search for specific Business Member, or enter another Business Member’s Number to purchase from their replicated site, or search up your zip code so we can connect you to a business member that lives in your area.

No, you do not have to keep inventory on-hand. All products are warehoused and shipped by WELPIDA. When you enroll as a Business Member, you will receive a WELPIDA replicated website designed to be your online shop. You personally present our products, customers can purchase products from your replicated website, and then the WELPIDA Team will process and ship orders on your behalf and pays you a reward.

Currently, we accept most payment types. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit card payments.

Google Chrome Option 1: On google chrome, click on the 3 vertical dots on the top right hand corner of your web browser. Click History and click History again on the new dialogue box that pops up. Then click Clear browsing data and a new dialogue box should appear. Now go to Time range and change that to the option you want, but we would recommend All time. Now go check the checkbox that says Cookies and other site data and make sure that the checkbox is marked with with a white check mark with a blue square background. Then go the right hand corner and click Clear data. Then you are all good to go.

Then click on Privacy and security on the left side panel. In the center of the page click Clear browsing data and a new dialogue box should appear. Now go to Time range and change that to the option you want, but we would recommend All time. Now go check the checkbox that says Cookies and other site data and make sure that the checkbox is marked with with a white check mark with a blue square background. Then go the right hand corner and click Clear data. Then you are all good to go. 

Microsoft Edge Option 1: On microsoft edge, click on the 3 horizontal dots on the top right hand corner of your web browser. Then click settings on the bottom of the list of options. Click Privacy, Search, and Services with the lock icon. Go to the Clear browsing data and click on the button that says Choose What to Clear. Now go to Time range and change that to the option you want, but we would recommend All time. Now go check the checkbox that says Cookies and other site data and make sure that the checkbox is marked with with a white check mark with a gray square background. Then go the right hand corner and click Clear Now. Then you are all good to go. 

Microsoft Edge Option 2: On microsoft edge, click on the 3 horizontal dots on the top right hand corner of your web browser. Then click History which should be third options below Zoom.  Then in the the new history dialogue box click on the 3 horizontal dots on the top right hand corner of the dialogue box. Then a new mini dialogue box should appear and click on the trash icon with the words Clear Browsing DataNow go to Time range and change that to the option you want, but we would recommend All time. Now go check the checkbox that says Cookies and other site data and make sure that the checkbox is marked with with a white check mark with a gray square background. Then go the right hand corner and click Clear Now. Then you are all good to go. 

Microsoft Edge Option 3: On microsoft edge, if you have the history icon available to you on the browser, then click on the history icon (clock with the reverse arrow) Then in the the new history dialogue box click on the 3 horizontal dots on the top right hand corner of the dialogue box. Then a new mini dialogue box should appear and click on the trash icon with the words Clear Browsing DataNow go to Time range and change that to the option you want, but we would recommend All time. Now go check the checkbox that says Cookies and other site data and make sure that the checkbox is marked with with a white check mark with a gray square background. Then go the right hand corner and click Clear Now. Then you are all good to go. 

However, to not constantly clear cookie everytime you are having issues with the site. We recommend you to take the following actions below to your web browser, then you don’t have to repeat the above actions constantly to clear cookies. 

Google Chrome Option 1: On google chrome, click on the 3 vertical dots on the top right hand corner of your web browser. Then click settings on the bottom of the list of options. Then click on Privacy and security on the left side panel. Then in the center of the pager click on Cookies and other site data. Now scroll down until you see Customized behaviors. Go to Always clear cookies when windows are closed and click Add. Then you should see the option to add a site, now go add this to your text box: www.welpida.com. Afterwards check the check box that states Including third-party cookies on this site. Then click add on the bottom right hand corner of that dialog box. This should clear cookies on the WELPIDA website every time you close your window. 

Google Chrome Option 2: On google chrome, click on the 3 vertical dots on the top right hand corner of your web browser. Then click settings on the bottom of the list of options. Then click on Privacy and security on the left side panel. Then in the center of the pager click on Cookies and other site data. Now scroll down until you see Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows and turn that option on by dragging the circle icon to the right until it turns blue. This is the simpler method, but please be aware that this will clear cookies, site data, sign you out of chrome everytime you close all your windows. 

Microsoft Edge Option 1: On microsoft edge, click on the 3 horizontal dots on the top right hand corner of your web browser. Then click settings on the bottom of the list of options. On the left hand panel click on Cookies and Site Permissions. Then scroll down to Clear on exit and click on the Add button. Then you should see the option to add a site, now go add this to your text box: www.welpida.com. Afterwards check the check box that states Including third-party cookies on this site. Then click add on the bottom right hand corner of that dialog box. This should clear cookies on the WELPIDA website every time you close your window. 

Microsoft Edge Option 2: On microsoft edge, click on the 3 horizontal dots on the top right hand corner of your web browser. Then click settings on the bottom of the list of options. Click Privacy, Search, and Services with the lock icon. Go to the Clear browsing data and click on words that says Choose what to clear every time you close the browser. Turn on Cookies and other site data by dragging the circle icon to the right until it turns blue. This is the simpler method, but please be aware that this will clear cookies, site data, signs you out of most sites, everytime you close all your browser.

All PRODUCT RETURNS: You may return your item(s) for a full refund (less shipping/handling charges) within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be in brand new condition and returned in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES: You may exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be in brand new condition and returned in the original packaging in order to qualify for an exchange.

Discontinued items and items purchased with credits are eligible for exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. If exchanging for an item of greater value, the difference in price will be due at the time of exchange. Items purchased from a Business Member with any “cash and carry” items are final sale and not eligible for an exchange.

TO REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE: Contact [email protected] and get RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

You should expect your return or exchange to take 7-12 business days to be processed upon receipt of your returned items in our warehouse.

Welpida Business Member (BM)

BM is the abbreviation for a Welpida’s Business Member and BMs is Business Members

BM status is used to determine a BM’s eligibility to receive all rewards. Definitions of each status level are:

Active: A BM active status who achieved personal 50 PV or more every 29 days from the order date. Its timeline will end at 11:59 p.m. (MST) USA on the 28th day from the order date. Active members are only eligible to receive Retail Reward, Team Reward, and Team Matching Reward with specific qualifications.

Inactive: A BM who has no PV & Points over the reward period is not eligible to earn any rewards. If a business member has no purchase history for 24 weeks, he/she will be considered inactive.

Resigned: Any BM who officially resigns from the Company, by providing written notice to the Company.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few more days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or cell phone.

We like to inform you that international order shipping times vary from country to country. Please contact our customer service for additional questions about shipping to your country.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

  • A $2.99 handling fee is applied to all orders. 
  • $16.99 flat rate shipping fee for all orders under $150.00 + Sales Tax in the USA (except Hawaii and Alaska)

No Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or text once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
